Oct. 28: Washington, DC Coalition Speaker Lunch

Registration is closed for this event

Join us for the October Washington, DC Coalition Speaker Lunch, where we bring together current and potential Coalition members for a lively discussion about topics related to plastic pollution and its toxic impacts.

Jen Fela of Greenpeace USA will discuss their recently released report exposing how multinationals are pretending to solve the plastic crisis: Throwing Away the Future: How Companies Still Have It Wrong on Plastic Pollution “Solutions.”

Speaker Bio
Jen Fela is the global engagement lead for the Greenpeace plastics campaign, which is focused on stopping plastic pollution at the source. Currently more than 20 Greenpeace national and regional offices around the world are participating in the campaign, and almost 5 million people worldwide have signed petitions asking corporations to reduce the amount of plastic they are producing.
